In November and December, 2003, the group sold international calendars produced by the RPCVs of Wisconsin/Madison. Rochester RPCVs matched the receipts from the calendar sales and $470 was sent to PCV Karen in El Salvador for the scholarship fund for the students in Agua Zarca, El Salvador.

Dear Rochester Returned Peace Corps Volunteers,

Thank you very much for the generous check. It will be very useful for helping the children in my village go to school and for coordinating school programs. The students, parents, and teachers will be surprised and grateful.
